Warranty and Disclaimer
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will gladly exchange where goods are faulty. Manufacturing faults are classed as faults caused by poor manufacturing workmanship. If goods are believed to be faulty，replacement of full functional unit shall be processed within one week. 

We will not accept any returns that is damaged from operational errors caused by misunderstanding or misguidance, owners are required to read Product Instruction Manuel before operation, especially delicate designed products like nitro powered toys must have a full understanding of User’s Manuel before operation.

At Power Trading we value our customers and we have very experienced tech team that offers full support on all R/C Toys, If you have difficulty of operating purchased product you can always come and see our friendly tech or sales staff about related issues. 


Responsibility
Power Trading is not responsible for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error.
Power Trading is not responsible for improper installation of our products.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by Power Trading

User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Power Trading DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. Great care shall be taken when using RC products. If you have questions or concerns come and see us or contact us.

Power Trading owns the rights to review your information that collected on this website. We will not or do not sell or share your identity or personal information to other facilities or firms for exchange of profits. We value our Customer Privacy as No1 priority. However Power Trading has rights to use these information to help us forwarding freight and have a better understanding of your desired products.

Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card. All information is confidential and kept secured. All online transactions are 100% safe and system protected, all transactions are processed by our advanced National Australia Banking System. (Your are required to retain your receipts for use of reference or tracking of your order)  

Using your Credit Card purchasing on online will give you a greater benefit such fast and efficient. However we advise you before using you Credit Card please have a virus memory on your operating system in case of any fraud or hacking, Power Trading is not liable for any missing funds occurred during your transaction but we are happily to assist your bank to recover your loss. 


Return & Exchange
We want you to be 100% satisfy with our products and customer service from Power Trading. All defected items must report to our tech team for a return notice, Our tech team will advise you to bring the item back to our shop or send it back to us. Return Shipping Fees is not covered by Power Trading, in other words we will not pay for the postage on returning products. We are not responsible to lost packages, we will also not keep a track of your parcel, it is your responsibility to track and trace your own parcel, and we strongly advise you using a cheap and reliable courier company.

Change / Cancel Order:
You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Price & Terms:
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Processing Time:
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM), provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.


Backorders / Preorders 

We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 10 days before the arrival of the product. This allows us to get the product to you faster.

Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently.

From time to time, Power Trading will offer special promotional items with preorder/backorder. Due to limited availability, these promotions can only be offered while supplies last.

Shipping 
All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and order packaging is completed, usually within one to two business days. Power Trading standard shippings are Nation Wide Fast Way and Postal Service. Expected delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.


Tracking Number:
Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order, we will send emails with tracking numbers and delivery address information the evening after your package ships, provided the email address submitted with the order is accurate.
